 Steve and Elena Adams proudly own GOOD GRUB, bringing over 25 years of expertise in the Emergency Response Industry. Having worked for one of the West Coast's largest Emergency Service Providers, they have successfully responded to over 150 incidents. Elena served as the Director of Operations and Logistics for the food division, playing a key role in managing contracts for the company. Meanwhile, Steve was Key Personnel and led Operations and Maintenance, collaborating with State, Federal, Local agencies, and the DOD. His experience as a dog handler in the US Army during the Vietnam War adds to their rich background.

Throughout their careers, they recognized a significant gap in mobile food operations for smaller incidents—larger mobile kitchen units often can't effectively or profitably cater to these needs. When larger units are deployed, smaller incidents frequently found themselves relying on local restaurants, which presented challenges like timely meal delivery and food safety. It also placed additional pressure on base camp personnel trying to coordinate meals and maintain service areas.

With their retirement, Steve and Elena are thrilled to launch their Mobile Food Services, specifically designed to support smaller incidents. GOOD GRUB can expertly accommodate between 25 to 150 personnel for each meal period and offers customizable services tailored to meet the unique needs of each incident. Their commitment to timely service and food safety ensures that emergency response teams can focus on their critical work while enjoying quality meals.
